As a buyer's agent I will do the following
for my clients:Work solely on behalf of a buyer client, and always for
the their best interests.
Meet with the buyer to evaluate their specific wants
and needs, and locate all properties that fit within those
guidelines.
Research any selected property to make sure that the
buyer is informed of any problems or issues regarding
the property.
Prepare a market analysis to evaluate the asking price,
and advise the buyer on structuring an offer.Expertly negotiate the very best price and terms for the
buyer.
Assist the buyer in obtaining the best financing available.
Make sure that buyers are aware of the need for all
inspections deemed advisable for our area. Negotiate
to have any needed repairs addressed and resolved.
Oversee all details to assure a smooth and stress free
closing.
Only 2% of Realtors® nationwide have their ABR
