Fort Collins, Loveland & Windsor
Home Sales Statistics

Fort Collins has been very fortunate that our market has remained
very steady. We did not have excessive run up in prices that many areas
had before the recession, so the home prices have been fairly stable.
Fort Collins has one of the best real estate markets in Colorado.
