Fort Collins, Loveland & Windsor
Home Sales Statistics

Fort Collins has been very fortunate that our market has remained very steady.
We did not have excessive inflation, so the home prices haven't fallen much. It has one
of the most stable markets in Colorado, next to the resort areas.

Loveland, Windsor and surrounding areas have seen prices go down
somewhat, but not to the degree found in other areas.
